Y/n’s POV
It was Monday morning. The first day after the weekend was always strenuous with the number of students showing up for the classes. By one in the afternoon I was done with the classes after sending off the last kid home . His mother was a joyous person who loved conversations and she had an extra level of excitement while boasting about her kid. I appreciated that . Parents should be more verbal while appreciating their children.
But anyhow, long conversations tired me out easily these days . I walked back inside the then empty classroom, letting out a deep sigh . It was a mess inside with papers and colors scattered everywhere. Last week the head of the community had politely requested me to help clean the mess after classes because other teachers would have problems taking classes in the evening. I understood and I agreed in an instant to do so .
But these days even the slightest work would drain me . The doctor had mentioned that the first few months of pregnancy usually are harder than the rest . Tiredness, fatigue, nausea , these were all symptoms of it.
I strode towards the misplaced chairs and grabbed one of it to place back in front of the desk . As I went ahead to do the same for the other chairs , a knock on the door interrupted, causing me to turn back and meet eye to eye with the person standing.
“ You can leave that work upto them . They will take care of it every day. " The woman in her thirties said while sending a sign by pointing her fingers inside the classroom and instantly two men followed in , taking the chair I held in my hand , in their grasps and working wordlessly . She gave away the idea of richness and luxury even in the way she dressed adorning a black top along with blue wide leg jeans and a good slender chain around her neck . Even though elegant, her bright red lips were a sign of something fierce .
