The month of December should have been special for Taehyung. It was his birthday month. But instead it was as monotonous as every month . Taehyung never questioned that. He was a quiet kid with a different gaze . He would gaze at a thing till he would be forced to stop . He longed to gaze at things and know them . He longed to be known the way he used to know other things . He lived in a neighbourhood with less people of his age.

He was going to turn four soon and there was nothing he could do to spend his time.

It was the day of his birthday when he got something else to stare at . It was a girl . She looked happy with a big smile that made her eyes crinkle in a very positive way. It piqued the four years old’s interest. In a surrounding filled with old people or busy people like his parents, the little girl around his age seemed like a new hobby to Taehyung.

The Lee family recently moved in. They looked fine . As fine as a normal family could look like with two kids , one girl and one boy and their loving parents.

At first Taehyung's infatuation laid till looking at the girl from a distance. Then it turned into a turn of events when he saw a scene unfold in front of himself. It had been five months since the Lee had moved into his neighbourhood, five months since Taehyung had started observing the little girl whose name he found out on the third month , was Y/n .

It was night time of a warm day . The two Lee siblings were playing in their second floor balcony when a playful fight broke out between them . A playful fight which turned into a deadly mistake. The guy was at the edge , trying to snatch the toy Y/n was holding. When he did end up succeeding the sudden loss of force from Y/n's side made the other kid stumble back and fall .
